1 tube biscuits
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup catsup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Flatten and press each into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin tin.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain.
In a small bowl, mix together the catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder. Add to the meat and stir well.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
Sprinkle each with shredded cheese.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Alternate Method:
Place flattened biscuits into a 8x8" greased pan (Or double in 9x13").
Add meat mixture over biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
