3 lbs hamburger
3 lbs beef roast
(1-3 28oz Cans of Canned Beef)
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 onion chopped (or onion flakes)
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
Brown hamburger with onion and drain
Boil roast until tender and break apart
Skip if using canned beef, drain and break apart canned beef
Combine hamburger, beef, and remaining ingredients
Cook in crockpot for 3 hours on high (or simmer stove top for 1 hour)
The longer you cook, the better the flavor
Can be frozen
