1½ cups minute rice (uncooked)
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
¾ cup chopped onion
¾ cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice, cheese slices, onion, soup, melted butter, broccoli, celery, and mushrooms (if using).
Bake: Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes until rice is tender and casserole is bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
