1 lb chicken breast, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups cooked rice
In a large skillet, cook chicken in olive oil
Add onion, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and pepper flakes.
Cook until heated through (10-15 minutes)
Serve over rice
